TLAC 2010 Summer Musical Theatre Camps!
This is our 9th year of theatre and musical fun at TLAC! There isn’t another camp quite like this one anywhere in Metro Atlanta! Campers in small, age appropriate groups perform an original show at the end of the week, receive a script, music CD, t-shirt, see a TLAC children’s play right here on Wednesday morning and get a DVD of their final performance! Camp hours are 9AM-3PM Monday-Friday. Campers bring a lunch, snack and a drink. (June Campers will see Treasure Island or Who’s Got the Map? and July Campers will see Disney’s Mulan Jr.)

5-7 year old Junior Campers limited to a group of 14
· WEEK 1 – JUNE 14-18: 9AM – 3PM
Senior Camp – ages 8-14 - original play with music written with campers – limited to 20

Junior Camp – ages 5-7 – “The Lion and the Mouse” – limited to 14 – A heartwarming fable that reminds us how size doesn’t matter.

· WEEK 2 – JUNE 28-JULY 2: 9AM – 3PM
Senior Camp – ages 8-14 - original play with music written with campers – limited to 20
Junior Camp – ages 5-7 – “Horton Hears a Who” - limited to 14 – Horton protects Whoville proving to the rest of the jungle of Nool that a person’s a person no matter how small.
· WEEK 3 – JULY 5-9: 9AM – 3PM
Senior Camp ages 8-14 - original play with music written with campers – limited to 20 ***SENIOR CAMP WEEK 3 is FULL - please call if interested****
Junior Camp – ages 5-7 – “The Princess & the Pea” – limited to 14 – A group of princesses discover they’d rather go to college than marry a prince!

· WEEK 4 – JULY 12-16: 9AM – 3PM
Senior Camp – ages 8-14 – original play with music written with campers – limited to 20
Junior Camp – ages 5-7 –“The Rainbow Fish” – limited to 14 – A wonderful story about making friends and learning to share what we have.

Junior Camp – ages 5-7 –“Horton Hatches an Egg” – limited to 14 – Horton protects Mayzie’s egg by keeping it warm and being faithful “100 percent”.

Junior Camp – ages 5-7 – “The Frog Prince”– limited to 14 – The classic fairytale of a stubborn princess and an enchanted frog and finding that looks aren’t everything.

If you pay in full at registration you will receive a $25 discount! If you sign up siblings, or for more than one week, or bring a friend, we’ll give you $10 off EACH camp enrollment! We also have some partial need-based scholarships available – please call us for details and an application. The total cost to participate in a Camp Week – including all materials, costumes, t-shirt, DVD, attendance at a play – is usually $225.00 without the discounts. Your $75.00 deposit at the time of registration goes towards the camp fee.
